We are a family business formed in 1985 to provide a direct service to industry for specialized electric heating elements. This service appeals to all manufacturers and distributors as we cater for both small and large off-takes. We have regular outlets of open coil frame heaters used in the manufacture of hand dryers, hair dryers, grain dryers, air conditioning units and 'flat' heater elements of a mica / mica board format (with or without metal covering), to supply applications such as UPVC window moulders, t-shirt pressing machines and soldering irons.

We also have regular ourlets of silica tube elements used for domestic heating and various forms of industrial drying, along with solid rod / sheathed elements also used in domestic heating and various industrial applications.

We are well equipped to undertake new designs to customer specifications from prototype to final manufacture.

Our repair / replacement element service has proved to be a popular money saving service for many businesses when replacing a whole machine appears to be the only option because it simply won't 'heat up'. We have found this to be successful throughout the entire range of elements we manufacture.
